Bernardete Sequeira

Doctor in Sociology (University of Évora), Master in Organization and Information Systems (Department of Management, University of Évora). Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Algarve (Portugal). Member of the Board of Directors of the Master in Sociology (2nd cycle) of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of the Algarve. Integrated member of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Social Sciences (CICS.NOVA) and collaborating member of the Research Centre for Space and Organisations (CIEO). He has carried out research on the effects of Information Systems and Information Technologies on Professional Performance, on Knowledge Management in organisations. Her research interests include the Sociology of Organizations, Sociology of Knowledge, Knowledge Management and Human Resources Management.
